Welcome to Stillwater at Desert Color Resort! This fun 3 bedroom condo will be the perfect place to host your gathering while staying in St. George, Utah! From the comfy couches and flat-screen TVs, or the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need in this darling vacation rental.
Tastefully decorated throughout, this brand new build offers 2 master bedroom suites and a great bunk room with a trundle on the bottom, again with a flat-screen for the kids to enjoy. One of the best features of this home is the rooftop deck that is ready to help you enjoy the sun during the day or the stars at night! When you have gotten your fill of this amazing home, you will be just steps away from the Shores Resort and all its amenities and activities!!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Summary: We were in for a quick couple of nights in St. George to enjoy the wonderful national parks and the Tuacahn Theater. The townhouse was perfect for our group (grandparents down to an infant), it had the space that we needed for the group and contained all the necessary comforts of home. We were not able to enjoy the amenities of the community but they looked fabulous, especially the lagoon, nor did we get a chance to enjoy the rooftop patio. We look forward to our next visit and the opportunity to stay her once again.

Summary: The property was awesome! The house had literally EVERYTHING we could want. We were so happy to find a cooler for our use as it was very hot and that made day tripping easier. There were tons of games and outdoor equipment for the whole family to use. Would recommend for families!

Summary: We had a family of five staying here for a trip to the southern Utah national parks. We loved the spaciousness of the unit - it was very clean and everything seemed brand new and well-stocked. We also loved the amenities of Desert Color, including the pool and lagoon.
